- Developed Florida territory from total scratch in 2000 - started as the reverse mortgage “Community Educator”.


- Doubled reverse mortgage sales production every year - just 6 sales in 2000 to dozens of loans in 2011 ...and beyond.


- Started as a Sales Representative. and quickly proved to be a National Top Producer within the first few years.


- Recruited & Trained 80+ Reverse Mortgage Specialists (RMSs) from 2002 through present day.


- Conducted weekly motivational & training conference calls for all reverse mortgage specialist including reverse mortgage industry veterans.

Charity for Charities.org, Founder / President - 2002 thru 2005


- We organized the largest fundraiser in Central Florida history – 3 years running.


- Together we unified 27 local charities to partner and collaborate in harmony year after year.


- We raised $600,000 in in-kind donations, services, and funds during 3rd year annual event called “911 for Charities”.
