SANDY'S BIO: I'm here to tell you ALL ABOUT REVERSE MORTGAGES!
I have been in the real estate and lending industries for 33 years. I have specialized in Reverse Mortgages for over 6 years...meaning I have chosen to make these the ONLY LOANS I do.
It is important to me that seniors and professionals obtain a deeper analysis of the reverse programs available because these are complex loans and are not for everyone. This is where experience matters! When they are right – they are helping seniors have a better life! My caring comes first as I am not driven “just” to write a loan. And, because there is misinformation out there, my heart is to educate whoever will listen so that only the seniors that need / want a reverse end up with one!
If I do write a Reverse for a senior—what sets me apart is that I spend quality time from the start...from my initial conversation...to a presentation...to an application...through to the close and then I literally stay in touch for life as a resource person. I keep my clients informed and it is personal. I take into account that each person has different circumstances, therefore I listen and assist based on each personal need.
