Jeff is a long-time North Carolina resident, with over 20 years of mortgage industry experience. He brings understanding and knowledge with him, and his patient and relaxed style make him a favorite with our customers.

Melissa is not only a seasoned loan advisor, she is also the office processor for reverse mortgages. As a loan advisor, she provides her customers with the most up-to-date information available about the reserve mortgage program. As a processor, she works with the customers in collecting documentation, ordering appraisals, and setting up closings. Customers find Melissa to be quite helpful in coordinating the closings of their new mortgages.

Jo has many years of mortgage experience to assist her customers. She presents a calm, clear presentation for her customers (whom she calls 'friends'). She does not lead customers to a particular mortgage product, but offers multiple options that would benefit them. Jo provides excellent customer service, with an attentive attitude, too!

Moses brings almost 20 years of mortgage experience to the branch. He provides back-up assistance to the loan advisors and processor, and is available to all branch customer at most any time. He understands the important decisions that are associated with applying for a reverse mortgage, and he is always available to provide any additional assistance.
