A little about Brian....
I have been a Petaluma homeowner since 1993. I grew up in Novato and am a San Marin High School grad.
My career in the mortgage business began in 1988. Since 2008 I have concentrated in being a Reverse Mortgage Consultant, working with senior homeowners in the North Bay...I enjoy working with senior homeowners and working to help find solutions to their financial challenges. I am with Security 1 Lending , one of the top Reverse Mortgage lenders in the country.
Aside from being a Reverse Mortgage Consultant, I have been a Board member of COTs since 2003, serving as President of the Board 2005-2008. COTS is a local organization that helps homeless individuals and families to get back on their feet. I have been very involved with a program called Rent Right, which is a 9 week course that helps COTS clients to attain tools for getting back into housing.
I also teach Junior Racquetball at Petaluma Valley Athletic.Club. Having been a Junior Racquetball player myself many years ago, this has been my way of giving back. I have been running the class since 1998 and have had many students compete locally, statewide, nationally, and even in the World (In 2010 Sawyer Lloyd was Top 3 singles and Top 2 doubles in 14 and under division at the World Championships)...I am also the Junior Racquetball Director for the California State Racquetball Association.
It does not seem like a day goes by without me at least one time thinking..."wow...what a great place Petaluma is!!"
